CMS's finalized 2026 HHVBP updates are here — now it's time to prepare your agency to perform under the new scorecard.
CMS has finalized major changes to the Home Health Value-Based Purchasing (HHVBP) Model for 2026, including new OASIS-based functional outcome measures, updated HHCAHPS survey items and recalibrated scoring weights across OASIS, claims and patient experience domains.
This webinar, led by Lisa Selman-Holman from McBee, breaks down what’s changing — new functional measures, which HHCAHPS survey questions are being replaced and the updated 40/40/20 weighting. We’ll also outline how these shifts impact larger and smaller agency cohorts under the revised scoring approach.
You’ll gain practical strategies to improve documentation, strengthen OASIS accuracy, focus on cost controls and optimize performance under CMS’s redesigned framework. These insights will help keep your agency competitive and aligned with CMS’s evolving quality expectations.
